Recreation
June 2020
90-minute exclusive and sensory performance for five participants with the performer and mystic Jakob la Cour and sonic explorers Dennis Tuomi and Markus Trige, each with a unique audio aspect spanning soundscape, granulation, and vibroacoustic.
It took place at the Vibroacoustic Studio at Refshaleøen on a custom build vibration floor with radiofrequency headphones and blindfolds.
The content was the result of vocal explorations using techniques from ASMR, chanting, shamanism, psychomagic, hypnosis, breathwork, meditation, and light language.

“Leaving the room, I was left with an explosion of impressions… I was sort of speechless. Not knowing what I just experienced and not knowing what it did to me. It was strange. It was different and unexpected… this gave me something. A different experience; intimate and challenging. And I love it!”
